My status appears as 'In progress' after ordering.

Upon ordering, the order information is forwarded to our main system automatically. Forwarded orders will be automatically processed and the status will appear as 'In progress' until the task is completed. If the system completes the order, the status will turn from 'In progress' to 'Completed'.


# There are sometimes incidents where the status doesn't change to "Completed" even after order completion. Please contact Customer Center. We will change the status manually for you in this case.
