“Partial” status is an order status that will be shown when our system cannot add any more traffic to your order.
For example, let's say that you ordered 10,000 likes on your photo. However, let's suppose that our system can only deliver 8,000 likes due to traffic insufficiency. In that case, "Partial" status will be shown to that order. Your account will be charged for the 8,000 like and refunded for the 2,000 likes that we did not add.
